Lorna Rose Treen: Skin Pigeon - Review

Rose Treen knows herself well, and I envy her ability to go on stage and become whoever she wants to be.

In Skin Pigeon, the stage setting is a pile of clothes that is an elaborate fort that allows her to change into different characters. Honestly, this is absolutely brilliant and could be Treen's real signature.

The issue ultimately lies in the very specific type of humor, which I can see why her show is so beloved. There were genuine belly laughs from me. But a lot of the show was me realizing this is not my humor and trying to enjoy myself but finding difficulty.

Again, excellent performer, but not my cuppa.
